What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, country, buyer type, services of interest, quantities, timeline, your message and the products in your sample list.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your sample list is stored only in your own browser until you send it.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare samples, quotes and documents, and manage the project with you. Inquiries are stored in our customer management system and handled only by our own sales and production teams in India.

Legal basis and retention

We process your details with your consent, given on the inquiry form, and to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your project and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time through the inquiry form or by calling +91 70820 10101. We do not sell your personal data.
