Private label aloe vera formulas

Aloe vera is the clear gel from the leaf of the aloe plant, used in cosmetics for a cooling, refreshing, moisturising feel. It is a familiar ingredient that customers recognise instantly. We carry it in 18 ready formulas, including soothing gels, cleansers, serums, masks, creams, sunscreens and pet paw and skin care. Brands can sample any formula and launch it under their own label from 500 units per product.

Developing an aloe vera product

Aloe vera works across skin, body, sun-care and pet ranges, so it suits brands that want one ingredient story running through several categories.

Formats that suit it

  • Gels are the classic aloe format: clear, cooling and light, for face, body or after-sun use.
  • Cleansers, masks and creams use aloe as a moisturising base. Browse our private label masks.
  • Pet skin and paw care can carry the same ingredient story into a pet line. See pet skin, coat and paw care.

Texture and pairing choices

Aloe leaf juice or gel is often the water phase itself, which gives a fresh, slightly cooling feel. It pairs well with hyaluronic acid, cucumber, green tea, centella and panthenol. A clear gel shows its colour and clarity, so agree whether you want it tinted green or kept water-clear.

Packaging

Tubes and pump bottles keep gels hygienic. Jars suit thicker gels for body use. Clear packs show off a gel, but botanical extracts can change colour over time, so check how the formula looks after stability testing.

Claims to check before launch

"Cooling", "refreshing" and "soothing" are typical cosmetic claims. Avoid burn, sunburn-relief or wound claims, which are medicinal. Sunscreens containing aloe still need their SPF and UVA values substantiated by testing in each destination market. A high-aloe content claim must match the formula. For pet products, keep claims cosmetic and confirm local rules. Our product development guide covers the steps.

Questions about aloe vera products

Which aloe vera products can I private label?

We list 18 ready formulas with aloe vera, including soothing gels, facial cleansers, serums, masks, creams, mineral sunscreens and pet paw and skin care. Each formula can be sampled first, then produced under your own brand from 500 units per product.

Can I market an aloe gel as an after-sun product?

You can position an aloe gel for use after time in the sun with cosmetic wording such as "cooling" or "refreshing". Avoid sunburn-relief claims, which are medicinal. Confirm the exact wording with your regulatory adviser for each market.

Can I add aloe vera to a pet care range?

Yes. Our pet care range already includes aloe-based paw and skin products. Keep the claims cosmetic, focused on coat and skin feel or appearance, and check the rules that apply to pet grooming products in each market where you plan to sell.
