Private label peptide and collagen formulas
Peptides are short chains of amino acids, and collagen in cosmetics is usually a hydrolysed or plant-derived conditioning ingredient. Both are popular in firming-feel and smoothing-look skincare. We carry them in 55 ready formulas, split mainly between serums and creams, with toners, eye care and cleansers too. Brands can sample any formula and launch it under their own label from 500 units per product.

Developing a peptide or collagen product
Peptide and collagen products are usually positioned as the "richer" step in a routine, so format and texture carry much of the perceived value.
Formats that suit them
- Creams and night creams are the most common choice, giving a cushioned finish. Browse our private label moisturisers.
- Serums and ampoules suit brands building a layered routine. See serums.
- Eye creams pair well with peptides because customers already expect a smoothing-look eye product. See eye care.
Texture and pairing choices
Peptides are typically added to water-based or emulsion formulas and combine well with hyaluronic acid, ceramides, niacinamide and panthenol. Collagen in skincare acts mainly as a film-forming, moisturising ingredient that leaves skin feeling smoother. Decide early whether you want a lightweight gel cream or a dense night cream, as that sets the whole product story.
Packaging
Jars feel premium for creams; pumps and airless bottles keep fingers out of the product and suit brands that want a more clinical look. Droppers work for thinner serums.
Claims to check before launch
This is the category where claims drift fastest. Statements that a product boosts collagen, firms, lifts or reduces wrinkles need evidence on the finished product, and naming a specific branded peptide may need supplier documentation. Avoid implying that topical collagen replaces the skin's own collagen. Safer wording focuses on how skin looks and feels. For a bespoke peptide blend, start with our custom formulation service.
Questions about peptides & collagen products
Which peptide and collagen products can I private label?
We list 55 ready formulas with peptides or collagen. Around half are serums and ampoules and half are creams, with a few toners, cleansers, eye creams and a balm. Every formula can be sampled first and then produced under your own brand from 500 units per product.
Does collagen in a cream add collagen to the skin?
Collagen in cosmetics is usually described as a moisturising, film-forming ingredient that helps skin feel smoother and softer. Copy that says it adds to or boosts the skin's own collagen is a strong claim needing robust evidence, so most brands keep the wording to look and feel.
Can I name a specific peptide on my label?
Yes, if it is in the formula and listed by its INCI name in the ingredient list. If you want to name a trademarked peptide in marketing, you may need the raw material supplier's permission and documentation. Any performance statement linked to it still needs evidence on your finished product.
